The Philippine Cities Competitiveness Ranking Project (PCCRP) 2009 is a research study that ranks and assesses the competitiveness of the country’s major and emerging urban centers to promote healthy competition among cities and assist their executives and planners in fine-tuning development plans. It measures the competitiveness of cities using six broad drivers:1) Dynamism of local economy; 2) Cost of Doing Business; 3) Infrastructure; 4) Responsiveness of Government to Business Needs; 5) Human Resources and Training; and 6) Quality of Life.
