Stephanie Rose E. Flores is an Economist at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Rizalino S. Navarro Policy Center for Competitiveness (RSN-PCC). She currently handles the Center’s research initiatives on Political Economy and Human Capital Development.
Prior to joining AIM RSN-PCC, she was a Labor and Employment Officer at the Institute for Labor Studies of the Department of Labor and Employment. She was engaged in these main researches: Skills and Compensation Survey in the Metallic Mining Industry and Process Evaluation of the Social Amelioration Program-Socioeconomic Projects (SAP-SEP) and Tracer Study of the Educational Assistance Program (EDAP). Apart from this, she also wrote technical outputs such as Labor Force Survey Reports and Legislative Analytics reports.
She also had research engagements in the Philippine Institute for Development Studies for the APEC 2015 projects on Labor Mobility and Human Capital Development.
She is currently finishing her Masters in Development Economics at the University of the Philippines Diliman and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines-Los Banos (2011).
